Leadec Limited is a company of the Leadec Group, headquartered in Germany. We have been present in the UK since 1999 and provide professionally managed solutions to maximise productivity and increase first time quality. Leadec specialises in equipment maintenance, facility management, installations and relocations, finished vehicle logistics, technical cleaning, spare parts management (MRO), and many other industrial services.

Important milestones of our history

Evolving into a global & technical service champion in manufacturing

1984: Founded as Premier Manufacturing Support Services (MSS) in the USA.
1999: Premier MSS commences operations in the UK.
2005: Premier becomes part of Voith Industrial Services, a specialist in facility and production services.
2010: Premier expands its outlook to provide high quality facility services to related industries, i.e. the transport sector.
2010: Premier MSS (UK) Ltd. is renamed Voith Industrial Services Ltd. on October 1st, as part of a massive global rebranding exercise.
2013: Voith Industrial Services acquires the business and undertakings of ThyssenKrupp Services.
2016: Voith Industrial Services is purchased by private equity firm Triton
2017: Voith Industrial Services becomes Leadec
2018: Focus on manufacturing industry by sale of Veltec business (process industry)
Until today: Focus on the manufacturing industry, expansion of the technical portfolio through acquisitions
